Brian Pafford

Brian Pafford is a Vice President and Managing Partner for Bradford Realty Services in Dallas. Brian is responsible for marketing activities in the Stemmons I-35 Corridor, including marketing and leasing Bradford’s Northwest Dallas Corridor industrial/flex portfolio, new business development, tenant representation and real estate brokerage.

Brian has over 7 years of commercial real estate experience, including 4 years serving as Market Director for Bradford’s Great Southwest Operation in Grand Prairie/Arlington. He has completed transactions with such companies as Rudolph Foods Company, Lockheed Martin, Taylor Publishing Company, Deli Express, Clampitt Paper Company, QuikTrip, The Glidden Company, Encore Floral and Commercial Net Lease Realty (CNL).

Mr. Pafford graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Texas State University. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
