Bernard Deaton

D. Bernard Deaton is Executive Vice President, Managing Partner for Bradford Companies.

Mr. Deaton is responsible for the strategic operations and business development for Bradford Companies. Mr. Deaton has over 30 years experience in property management, leasing and development of commercial properties for private and institutional clients. Notable clients have included Prudential, KBS Realty advisors, TIAA-CREF, Equastone, Archon, St. Paul.

His property portfolios have included office, industrial and retail properties. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Property Manager as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has served on several IREM committees. He is also a member of BOMA and has served on several BOMA committees.
