Carolyn Fackler

Carolyn Fackler has twenty (20) years experience in commercial real estate property management, operations management, asset management, and marketing and sales. Carolyn is a graduate of Indiana University and holds a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as a Real Estate Salesman’s License. She served as the chairman of BOMA’s Office Building of the Year committee in 1997, 2000 and 2001 and was a Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) instructor in 2000.

Ms. Fackler has extensive experience in working with multiple ownership structures, as well as foreign owners, pension funds, REITs and institutional ownerships including Societe Generale d’entreprise, TIAA-CREF, CalSTRS, IPC REIT, First Industrial Realty Trust, Equitable Real Estate, The St. Paul Travelers Companies and others.

Ms. Fackler was the Operations Director for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Dallas/Ft. Worth region where she was responsible for directing the management of 8.8 million square feet of industrial real estate prior to joining Bradford Companies in 2008.
