R. Curtis Linn

Curt Linn is Executive Vice President, Managing Partner, Tenant Advisory Services for Bradford Companies. He is directly involved in tenant representation and brings a broad spectrum of skills to the team at Bradford.

Curt has over twenty-eight years of commercial real estate experience in both a broker and developer capacity. He began his brokerage career in 1973 as a land broker with Midway Properties. In 1980, Curt joined developer, Murray Properties, where he was Director of Leasing for Class A office buildings in Dallas. In 1984, he joined Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate and was involved in tenant representation and investment sales of office and industrial properties. He was honored as a consistent top producer in his years there as Vice President and Managing Director of the Office / Industrial Division. In 1990, Curt joined Fischer & Company as Vice President. In 1993, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and made partner. Curt left Fischer & Company in 2003 to join Dave Besserer to create DMc Corporate Services.

In 2006, Curt & Dave moved their company and created Bradford ’s Corporate Services division. Bradford Companies is a full service commercial real estate company offering project leasing, property management, development, acquisition / disposition and construction management services. Bradford c ompletes over 5,000,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions annually valued at $250,000,000. Bradford Companies also leases and manages over 12,000,000 square feet of property in the Metroplex. Bradford Companies is affiliated with the CORFAC International global network enhancing our ability to represent clients in multiple markets both nationally and internationally.

His diverse commercial real estate background provides him with valuable insight into the various aspects of tenant representation. Curt has represented clients such as Ford Motor Company, AT&T, Federal Express, BlueCross BlueShield, First Health for their space needs in numerous cities across the country.
