Curtis Kouba

Curtis Kouba is a Marketing/Management graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been in the construction industry for twenty-two (22) years and is responsible for Bradford’s warehouse, office, tech/office and retail construction management and development in the metroplex. Mr. Kouba has a strong knowledge of shell and tenant finish construction, fabrication, estimating and management.

Curtis was employed with Charter Builders, Inc. prior to joining Bradford in 1989. While at Charter, Curtis was project manager on all Vantage and Bradford projects. As a result, he has hands-on knowledge and experience in many construction practices, procedures and management. He maintains up-to-date information and educates himself on issues and codes that are constantly changing within the construction industry.
