Dave Besserer

Dave Besserer is Executive Vice President, Managing Partner, Tenant Advisory Services for Bradford Companies. He is directly involved in tenant representation and brings a broad spectrum of skills to the team at Bradford. Corporate services provides companies with real estate services and tools to help companies organize and pro-actively manage their real estate portfolio including transaction implementation with the overall goal of cost reduction.

Dave has twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience with twelve years on the Landlord side and the last thirteen years on the Tenant Representation side with specialization in office space. A complete working knowledge of both sides of the space acquisition process provides Dave’s clients with a seasoned professional with “insider knowledge” solely representing their interest. Dave began his brokerage career in 1981 with one of the nation’s largest developers, The Vantage Companies, and was honored as the #1 broker for Vantage/Bradford Companies for seven out of twelve years. He was promoted to Director of Vantage Office Leasing in 1988 overseeing eight million square feet of office space in Dallas. That experience representing institutional owners such as Citicorp, Aetna, Travelers, Prudential, N.W. Mutual and Bank of America provide valuable insight to the decision process, negotiation tactics, and financial considerations a property owner will go through.

Dave joined Fischer & Company, a Dallas based “Tenant Representation” firm as Vice President in 1993 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1995 at the same time being designated by the Dallas Business Journal as the #5 office broker in Dallas, Texas. Dave left Fischer & Company in 2002 to create a boutique brokerage firm dedicated to “hands on” personalized service for office space users, DMc Corporate Services. Curt Linn his business partner for 8 years at Fischer & Company joined him there in early 2003.

In 2006, Curt & Dave moved their company and created Bradford’s Corporate Services division. Bradford Companies is a full service commercial real estate company offering project leasing, property management, development, acquisition / disposition and construction management services. Bradford c ompletes over 5,000,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions annually valued at $250,000,000. Bradford Companies also leases and manages over 12,000,000 square feet of property in the Metroplex.
