David Simpson
David Simpson joined Vantage Management Company, Inc. in 1985,
with a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University,
prior to joining Bradford Companies in 1989. Mr. Simpson is responsible
for supervisory management activities for the Arlington, Carrollton-Farmers
Branch and Richardson-Plano areas of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
In 1986, Mr. Simpson received the “Best Individual Performance” award,
and in 1987, was chosen Vantage Companies’ “Property
Manager of the Year.” He is currently working toward the
CPM and RPA designations.
Mr. Simpson has extensive experience in working
with major institutional owners, including Kennedy Associates Real
Estate Advisors, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, The Northwestern
Mutual Life Insurance Company, John Hancock Mutual Life Company,
SSR Realty Advisors, Alexander & Baldwin,
Principal Mutual Life and others. |
