Debbie Bunch, CPM

Debbie Bunch has seventeen (17) years experience in commercial property management and finance, having begun her career as Senior Accountant for Lincoln Property Company’s Dallas/Fort Worth MetLife portfolio in 1990. Debbie’s experience includes a wide variety of properties from small garden office, to multi-use, to a 1.6 million square foot Class A complex. For three years, she led the facility management team for Bank of America’s downtown office, data center and operations portfolio of 2.5 million square feet.

Debbie holds a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as a Texas Real Estate Saleman’s license. She also has been very active in the Dallas Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association as a former Board Director, Commercial Real Estate For Women (CREW), and currently on the Executive Council for IREM Dallas.

Ms. Bunch has a long track-record of working with major institutional owners including MetLife, TIAA-CREF, and Bank of America as well as smaller entrepreneurial investment firms.
