Debe Nichols
Debe Nichols has thirty (30) years of experience in commercial property management with the Vantage Companies and Bradford Management Company. Since joining Bradford, she has been responsible for managing up to 3.5 million square feet of industrial and office space. Debe started with Vantage as an Administrative Assistant and steadily progressed through the organization to her current position as Assistant Vice President.
Ms. Nichols has extensive experience in working with major institutional owners such as Prudential Real Estate Investors, Travelers Realty Investment Corporation, LaSalle, AMB Institutional Realty Advisors, Inc., EastGroup Properties, LP, PM Realty Advisors, Ohio STRS, Alexander & Baldwin (A&B) Properties, Monit and Principal Financial Group.
Ms. Nichols was voted National Industrial Manager of the year for PM Realty Group in 1999.
