George Tanghongs
George Tanghongs is Senior Vice President for Bradford Companies in the Northeast Corridor. George represents Bradford clients in the sale, leasing and tenant representation of office, retail, industrial and technology portfolio assets.
George Tanghongs has hands on experience in the marketing of over 5,800,000 SF comprised of over 95 projects of office, industrial, retail, technical facilities and land in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. George was employed at Bradford from June 1995 to December 2001 and rejoined Bradford in 2003. He has successfully closed over 5,745,795 square feet in 488 transactions for more than $113,743,459 in transaction value in the Dallas area. Mr. Tanghongs has been awarded Top Producer awards from Bradford in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
George is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas. He is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
