Jim Ferris
Jim Ferris is Vice President for Bradford Realty
Services in the Great Southwest Division.
Jim specializes in real estate marketing,
brokerage and consultation for owner’s and the corporate user of industrial, flex and
office property. Jim assists with the leasing and marketing of
Bradford’s Great Southwest portfolio in addition to providing
corporate services.
Jim began his real estate career in 1996 with
the Dallas office of Alliance Commercial. As Director of Corporate
Services, Jim performed a broad scope of industrial, office,
land and retail brokerage services for national and local clients.
Prior to entering
the real estate profession, Jim worked with Moroch and Associates,
a Dallas based advertising agency. As Account Executive for the
McDonald’s Corporation account, Jim implemented
local marketing strategies for Texas and Oklahoma McDonald’s
Restaurants.
Jim holds a BA in Journalism from the University of
Oklahoma. |
