Kevin J. Santaularia

Kevin J. Santaularia is President and CEO of Bradford Companies. He is responsible for defining the operational structure and implementing growth strategies for Bradford’s operating divisions. As a commercial real estate services firm, Bradford’s plaform of services is strategically aligned with our clients goal of maximizing the value of real estate within the format of a single-source services company. Bradford’s core management operation currently controls over 15,000,000 square feet of commercial property in the Metroplex and has excelled in creating long-term relationships with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Bradford’s substantial presence in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area creates the opportunity for its marketing team to produce some 500 transactions annually in excess of 6,000,000 square feet. The Investment Services group identifies acquisition and disposition opportunities for our clients. The firm’s annual investment representation is in excess of $100,000,000. Year to year development of office and warehouse projects totals over 1,000,000 sf. The combined value of development projects and real estate transactions exceeds $250M annually.

With 18 years of real estate experience, Mr. Santaularia began his real estate career as a marketing representative at the Vantage Companies in 1982. He transitioned to Bradford Companies, a Vantage affiliate, in 1989. Throughout his marketing career, Mr. Santaularia was a top producer, and he has been instrumental in adding key assignments to Bradford’s managed portfolio. In July 2000, Mr. Santaularia led a management buyout of Bradford and currently serves as President/CEO and Chairman of the Board. In addition to coordinating the firm’s real estate activities, Mr. Santaularia has a role in securing both equity and debt relationships for joint venture acquisition and development partnerships.

Mr. Santaularia is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He is a former Director of the Dallas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP), and an affiliate member of SIOR. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Mr. Santaularia is married and he and his wife, Sue, have three children.
