Melanie Hughes

Melanie Hughes serves as Vice President, Office Marketing. She currently has a portfolio of 1,019,751 square feet.

Melanie began her career in commercial real estate in 1979. Since that time, she has leased office, industrial and retail properties in the municipalities of Arlington, Carrollton, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Grand Prairie, Plano and Richardson, Texas. She has specialized in Landlord and Owner Representation and has leased over 30 commercial properties throughout the Metroplex for both private and institutional owners. She has consummated over 1,500 transactions during her career.

Melanie has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Cox School of Business Alumni Association. She is also a member of CREW Dallas, CREW National Network and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
