Melissa Billman
Melissa Billman is an Environmental Design/Architecture graduate from Texas A&M University, College Station. She has been in the construction industry for fourteen years, including ten years of experience in portfolio management.
Melissa began her career at Electronic Data Systems in 1991. During her tenure at EDS Melissa was project manager over all Latin American construction and South Region U.S. construction projects. She has most recently managed commercial and healthcare projects for a local construction company. Ms. Billman’s extensive background in project implementation, from lease negotiations, program development & financing through construction and client move in, uniquely positions her to understand and respond to client needs and issues.
