Phil Sandlin

Phil Sandlin is a Vice President for Bradford Commercial Realty for the Fort Worth division of Bradford. Phil specializes in retail, industrial and office sectors in both leasing and sales.

Prior to joining Bradford, Phil was a producer and the Brokerage Manager at SCM Real Estate Services. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, serving primarily the west Dallas and Tarrant County areas. Phil enjoys representing both owner/landlord and buyer/tenant in his leasing and investment brokerage activities. Prior to joining SCM, Phil had his own commercial brokerage firm in the west Houston area and prior to that worked in commercial acquisition, development, leasing and management for a Houston based development company. Previously, Phil was the Real Estate Manager of the Trust Dept. of Texas Commerce Bank, Houston (now JP Morgan/Chase Bank). Client list includes firms such as Pratt & Whitney, Infinity Insurance, Cornerstone Communications and Compass Bank.

Phil graduated from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Society of Commercial Realtors and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He has worked in real estate since 1977. He lives in NE Tarrant County and, as a past chairman of a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo committee, he is known to many investors and users of commercial property throughout Texas and the surrounding states.
