Susan Singer
As Senior Vice President for Bradford in Dallas , Susan focuses on tenant representation, agency leasing and general brokerage activities.
Susan has over nineteen (19) years of experience in the real estate industry with the last thirteen (13) years being in the Dallas market. She most recently was a Vice President for Transwestern Commercial Services in the Leasing Services Division. She was responsible for marketing and leasing One Energy Square , Two Energy Square , 6688 NCX and Concourse Office Park .
Prior to joining Transwestern, Susan was Vice President of Sales and Leasing for Emerson Partners. She was responsible for all leasing and marketing of Emerson’s 2.2 million-square-foot portfolio of office/tech and office/warehouse properties in Dallas and Austin.
Susan also previously worked as a broker for The Industrial Group (TIG) and handled leasing responsibilities for such institutional clients as Kennedy Associates, GE Capital, Prologis and Principal Financial Group.
Prior to joining TIG, Susan worked at Littlefield Real Estate Company in Austin as a commercial property supervisor, responsible for the management and leasing of downtown and suburban office properties and the company’s industrial portfolio.
Ms. Singer’s career highlights include completing 351 transactions consisting of over 3.2 million square feet of leased property and over 146 acres of land sold. The total value of her transactions is in excess of $117,000,000.
Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in College Station . She has also received her CCIM designation.
Ms. Singer is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Board of Directors 2005 – 2006; North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) – Board of Directors 2003 – 2005; North Texas CCIM.
