Todd Lambeth

Todd Lambeth is Senior Vice President of Marketing for Dallas-based Bradford. Mr. Lambeth focuses on leasing and brokerage of warehouse and industrial properties in Tarrant County. Over the past three years, Todd has completed over 2,000,000 s.f. of real estate transactions, and specializes in user acquisition and disposition which compliment his leasing and brokerage activities. He has closed over 114 transactions valued at $56,000,000.

Prior to Bradford, Mr. Lambeth’s most recent employment was with the Robert Lynn Company , a firm specializing in industrial brokerage and sales, as Market Director for Tarrant County. As a former employee of Con Agra, he has over 18 years of experience in the distribution business. Todd was responsible for the development and organization of a new division in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. His responsibilities ranged from sales, distribution, purchasing, and marketing a four state territory to calling on and managing independent owner and large corporate accounts for consumer product distribution.

The Dallas Business Journal has recognized Mr. Lambeth in 2001 as a Top 25 Broker in the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate Market. I n the Year 2000, Todd was recognized in the Top Rookie Performance category. Mr. Lambeth is recognized for his ability to quickly identify, assess, and fulfill customer needs and requirements. He thrives on the challenges, competition, and active participation that come with the industrial real estate industry. Additionally, Todd is very good at developing and implementing ideas that encourage profitable growth while ensuring good customer service. Todd is also a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

Notable clients include Purina Mills, Sherwin Williams, First Industrial, and ProLogis. Todd possesses the full knowledge and capabilities of knowing how to run a business from a practical standpoint. This enables him to help his clients select the best solution for their business, taking into account all aspects of their company, as well as the best real estate deal.

Todd has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex since 1979. He and his wife, Karen, have four children, Amanda 16, Blake 13, Taylor 11, and Brooke 4. His family attends Bent Tree Bible Fellowship and Todd enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team.
