Pre-Emptive Talks Backfill 16,287 SF
PLANO, Texas Rackmount Solutions Ltd., planning an early November occupancy, has leased 16,287 sf from RREEF in Jupiter 190 Business Park.
"It was a fast-moving deal due to a willing landlord who has quickly turned around the space to get it ready for a November move-in," says Chris Stout, market director of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.
The flex industrial space in Building 1 at 2805 E. Plano Parkway has been carpeted, painted and modified in line with the tenant-improvement package. Rackmount Solutions' new location is 35% office, 65% warehouse and 100% air conditioned. Greg Fail, vice president of McNeff Cos. Inc. in Dallas, represented the tenant.
Rackmount Solutions is gaining about 6,000 sf of additional operating space with the relocation to the 67,372-sf office/warehouse. The company develops, manufactures and sources products, such as servers, wallmount, network and LAN racks and cabinets as well as portable rackmount cases and accessories.
"This is a perfect tenant for the Plano market," Stout says. Rackmount Solutions' long-term lease is the third one in 18 months that he's procured through pre-emptive talks for the RREEF portfolio.
