Southern Graphics Expands,
Extends at Arapaho Place
RICHARDSON, Texas – Southern Graphics Systems Inc. has become the largest tenant at Arapaho Place in the Telecom Corridor, adding 10,799 sf to a 16,936-sf lease and extending the commitment long term.
The tenant's extra space at 901 International Parkway will be ready to occupy in the first quarter, according to Susan E. Singer, CCIM, senior vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. She and Bernard Deaton, CPM, executive vice president and managing partner, represented Arapaho Place Inc., landlord of the 153,940-sf flex office complex in Richardson, Texas.
Southern Graphics had signed an early renewal in July and recently reopened talks because more space was needed in the 72,695-sf building. "They needed to get it done very quickly," Singer said.
Damian Rivera and Chase Sutton of Stream Realty Partners LP represented the tenant, who will now occupy 38.1% of the building, one of three in the class A office park in Richardson.
