Bradford’s Broker Lock Down 33,292 SF
DALLAS In a new round of leasing, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has kept three tenants intact at industrial and office properties in North Texas.
Signing a 25,000-sf renewal was Auto Parts Components Inc. Todd Lambeth, senior vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford, represented the tenant in the renewal talks for warehouse space at 5124 Brush Creek Rd. in Fort Worth.
The deal stack includes the following office leases:
Henderson Edwards Wilson LLP has renewed 5,274 sf in Bent Tree Plaza III, 16660 Dallas Parkway, Dallas. Melanie Hughes and Sharon Friedberg, both senior vice presidents with Bradford, negotiated the direct lease for the landlord, DMARC 2007 CD5 Westgrove Office LLC.
Dr. Raymond Rodriguez has renewed 1,862 sf and added 1,156 sf in Danari II, 6009 Belt Line Rd., Dallas. Hughes and Friedberg negotiated the direct lease for the landlord, ARI Preston LLC.
