Now Specialties Increases Carrollton HQ
Production Space to 45,178 SF
CARROLLTON, Texas Now Specialties Inc. has expanded its corporate headquarters, production and warehouse space at Country Club Place, signing a 45,178-sf lease to become the largest tenant in the three-building project.
Brian Pafford, vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, negotiated a direct deal for the landlord, Acquiport DFW. The new lease breaks down to a 35,089-sf renewal and 10,089-sf expansion. Now Specialties' lease was set to expire at the end of October.
"It was pretty straightforward and we were able to get it done pretty quickly," Pafford says. "What helped us was our ability to accommodate their expansion needs now and in the foreseeable future."
Marking its ninth year at 2122 Country Club Place, Now Specialties occupies the entire 25,000-sf Building 3 and 20,178 sf of the 42,000-sf Building 2. The three-building complex contains nearly 90,000 sf of flex office and industrial space.
