Multiple Ownerships select Bradford for Property Management Services

Bradford Development Company, Inc. Delivers 380,515 sf in Two Spec Development Projects

DALLAS – In other Bradford news, both DFW East Logistics Center (Irving/DFW Airport), 259,555 sf and Intermodal Business Center (Hutchins/I-45S) were delivered in May 2017.  DFW East targets warehouse users, who desire proximity to DFW Airport without the transportation delays expierienced north of DFW Airport.  Brock Wilson, Brian Pafford and Joe Santaularia are the leasing project managers for the asset.  The project is 20% pre-leased. Citymark $7,500,000 Upgrade Complete

DALLAS – Bradford Property Company, Inc. announced the completion of approximately $7,500,000 in repositioning dollars to upgrade the 218,000 sf Class A Uptown office project.  Major improvements included a conference center, new tenant lounge, deck park, and an upgraded fitness center.  Back of the house improvements included upgraded restrooms, and replacing both the wet seals and chillers.  Ed Pachecano and Richmond Collinsworth, the Citymark leasing team, report that the Katy Trail centric project has moved from 73% to 93% leased over the past 18 months.
