- Northridge LLC sold the 37,400-square-foot Northridge Business Center, an industrial flex building on nearly 2.5 acres at 2002-2006 SH 360 in Grand Prairie. Michael Spain and Kevin Santaularia with Bradford Commercial represented the seller in the deal to buyer Chapald-BC LLC.
- Randy’s Holdings Ltd. sold a 7,018-square-foot industrial building on 0.4 acres at 3508 Dilido Rd., Dallas, to Letronics Inc. Bradford Commercial’s Clint Manning and Ed Pachecano represented the seller in the direct deal.
- Henry Schein Inc. leased 25,599 square feet of office space in Park Springs Place, 4025 Woodland Park Blvd., Arlington, from Transamerica Life Insurance Co. Jason Miller and Michael Spain with Bradford Commercial represented the tenant. Kurt Cherry and Shae Byers of PM Realty Group LP represented the landlord.
- Beckmen Law P.C. leased 5,299 square feet of office space in Vineyard Office Center, 1111 S. Main St., Grapevine, from Michael and Patricia Robinson. Bradford Commercial’s Nick Talley represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by in-house executive Linda Steinhaus.
