Akira Seiki, U.S.A, Inc, a machine tools supplier, has signed a 1,950-sf renewal in 2156 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas.
Electrique Boutique, Inc., a clothing boutique, has renewed 10,343-sf renewal in 2152 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas.
Faceoff Trading International, LLC, a car dealership, has renewed 1,695-sf renewal in 2154 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas.
J.E.S.V.. Inc dba Premier Cleaning Services, a janitorial services company, has renewed 4,703-sf in 2156 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas.
L & S Franchising LP, dba Koala Insulation of Central DFW, an insulation contractor, has signed a 2,700-sf new lease deal in 2156 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas. Michelle Carrasco, Century 21, Mike Bowman, Inc. represented the tenant.
Brian Pafford, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Kyle Espie, senior associate, represented the landlord, ALP-ARC II NW Crossing Operating Co. LLC, in all of these deals.
