DALLAS – In an end-of-the-year run, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has bed down six leases in Park Forest Office, a 66,299-sf class B Dallas office project.
Kyle Espie, a senior associate with the locally based full-service firm, leases the three-story office building at 3530 Forest Lane. The Dallas office, which is geared toward small office users, is owned by BOP Park Forest LLC, a North Texas-based investment group.
“Park Forest Office’s strong deal flow is accredited to the landlord’s willingness to invest in improvements and spec suites,” Espie emphasizes.
The 3,856-sf stack of deals consists of four renewals, including one expansion, and two new leases for the building. All transactions were secured through direct talks with the tenants.
D&F Tax Service has signed a 902-sf renewal and expansion. The company has gained another 347 sf of office space.
Also signing leases were newcomers Texas Clover Insurance Agency LLC, 500 sf, and Velvet Skin, 486 sf.
Park Forest Office is situated less than one block from a DART rail/bus stop. It’s also one mile south of Interstate 635, two miles east of Interstate 35E and three miles west of the North Dallas Tollway. Building amenities include a large surface parking lot, 24/7 security and conference center with audio/visual capabilities.
