Bradford Racks Up Three Long-Term Renewals in Dallas

DALLAS – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has bagged three more long-term renewals, totaling 21,976 sf, including one that keeps a flex project in the Northeast Dallas/Garland submarket at 100% occupancy.

The largest transaction is an 11,533-sf renewal by Royal Finish Inc. in Sandhill Business Center at 10725 Sandhill Rd., Dallas, where its lease-up remains intact. Brian Pafford, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, OMO Investment Co. Reegan Busby of Colliers International was the tenant representative.

"Tenants seem to be renewing at a higher pace this year," Pafford says. "Our firm alone has secured 91 renewals for a total of 649,886 sf across all property sectors throughout the metroplex since January."

Bradford's leasing team of Richmond Collinsworth, senior vice president and managing partner, and Jared Laake, vice president, have renewed two office tenants in Meadow Park Tower at 10440 N. Central Expressway for the local landlord, Bradford MPT Partners LLC.

Re-upping for the long term were Alston Construction Co. and the law office of Mark A. Ticer, which leased 5,794 sf and 4,649 sf, respectively.

Alston's Dallas office is one of 22 in the U.S. for the Sacramento, Calif.-based firm. Tom Sutherland, Ryan Hoopes and Dean Dahlsten of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the construction company.

Larry Denisoff of the Weitzman Group represented Ticer, who has more than 30 years' experience in insurance coverage and claims, business litigation and consumer law. He has served as an expert witness in Texas court cases and also is an author and speaker.
