Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has secured two renewals on behalf of its Dallas-area clients.
In the first transaction,
North Texas Ice/Baker Distributing Co. LLC has renewed
20,400 sf of warehouse space at 8301 and 8205 Sovereign Row, Dallas, with A&R Investments Inc. Brian Pafford, vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, negotiated the direct deal.
The second deal has
Absolute Welding Inc. renewing for
10,080 sf of warehouse space in Mark IV, 4910 Rondo Dr., Fort Worth. Todd Lambeth, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord,
Rondo Mark IV Investment Partners.
