DALLAS – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services is wrapping up a leasing rush at Northwest Crossing, where 36,573 sf in seven long-term leases have been inked and two more, totaling 3,060 sf, are awaiting signatures.
Occupancy now stands at 96.6% in the 127,459-sf flex project at Northwest Crossing, 2152-58 W. Northwest Highway, in Dallas. Three of the four structures are fully leased. Northwest Crossing’s largest tenant, Corvette Warehouse

, executive vice president and managing partner, lease the project for the Philadelphia-headquartered landlord, AREPIII AP NW Crossing LLC. Two of the seven newly inked deals are newcomers to the development. CES Continuing Education Services LLC has leased 3,130 sf and WBM Commercial Services has taken 1,384 sf, both snapping up space in 2154 W. Northwest Highway, where three tenants also have renewed. Signing renewals at 2154 W. Northwest Highway were NAPI Inc. for 2,518 sf, and Courtesy Building Services for 2,084 sf. Their tenant representative was William Henry Wilson of LW Commercial. Also, David Tran Export has re-upped 1,560 sf in a direct deal with the Bradford team. Also negotiating a direct renewal was Emanuel Distributors, which occupies 6,258 sf at 2158 W. Northwest Highway. There are two more renewals awaiting final signatures. Northwest Crossing’s occupancy historically is high, surpassing 90% for several years running.
Developed in the early 1980s, the structures are retail, true flex and dock-high industrial designs. From a location standpoint, Northwest Crossing has direct access to Loop 12 and ultimately Interstate 35E. It’s also one of the few projects with smaller flex spaces to lease in the South Stemmons industrial submarket
. All that’s left to fill by the Bradford team are two suites – 2,724 sf and 1,560 sf. Both are undergoing spec build-outs and will be ready to lease by week’s end.
