Bradford’s Whirlwind Leasing Round Closes Off 34,803 SF in New Leases, Renewals in DFW

DALLAS – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' brokerage teams have recently completed 34,803 SF of leasing activity, with 18,958 SF in new leases and 15,845 SF in renewals across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.


This series of 11 transactions includes a mix of landlord and tenant representations across flex, industrial, and office spaces. The breakdown includes eight new leases and three renewals, demonstrating our strong market presence and expansive listings.

The trio of DFW renewals includes:


  • E-Auto Groups: 11,220 SF of flex space at 11601 Plano Rd. in Park Forest Business Center, Dallas. Jason Finch, first vice president at Bradford, brokered the direct deal for the landlord, Tyler Family Real Estate Investments LLC.
  • RADtec Group LLC: 3,440 SF of flex space at 10500 Metric Dr., also in Park Forest Business Center. Finch represented the landlord, while William LeMasters of Mercer Co. represented the tenant.
  • The Blue Mousse Hair Studio: 1,185 SF of office space in Park Forest Office, 3530 Forest Lane, Dallas. Kyle Espie, Bradford's market director, represented the landlord, BOP Park Forest LLC, in the direct deal.

The eight new leases in DFW are:


  • Moore Supplies Inc.: 3,600 SF of industrial space in Riverbend Business Park, Pebble Drive, Fort Worth, from Riverbend Business Park LLC. Richard Hitz, vice president at Bradford, represented the tenant, while William Wilson of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
  • Willowbend Systems: 3,482 SF of office space in International Office Center, 19111 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, from Brookwood Interchange Office I & II LLC. Jared Laake, first vice president at Bradford, represented the tenant, while Michael Williams of JLL represented the landlord.
  • Superior Traffic Control LLC: 2,500 SF of industrial space at 6320 Eden Dr., Haltom City, from 6320 Eden LLC. Luke Clardy, senior broker at Bradford, represented the tenant, while Chris Wong of Bradford Cos. represented the landlord.
  • Sun Country Airlines: 2,463 SF of flex space in Commerce Flex Park, 8412 Sterling St., Irving, from PRE DFW Airport LLC. Finch and Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner at Bradford, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
  • Elm Street Advisors Inc.: 2,037 SF of office space in Midway Atriums, 14275 Midway Rd., Addison, from REC Midway LLC. Joe Santaularia represented the tenant, while Ezra Stone of WMC Vista Holdings LLC represented the landlord.
  • Solarus Medical Enterprises LLC: 1,814 SF of office space in Glenview Professional I, 7505 Glenview Dr., North Richland Hills, from LFP Properties Inc. Erik Blais, senior vice president at Bradford, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
  • Allied Security LLC: 1,562 SF of flex space in Spring Valley Business Center, 4470 Spring Valley Rd., Farmers Branch, from SV Tech Center LLC. Finch represented the landlord, while Elizabeth Pittman of RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring represented the tenant.
  • Tejas Amusements LLC: 1,500 SF of flex space in Division Street Industrial, 2800 W. Division St., Arlington, from 2800 W Division LLC. Finch, Spain, and Chris Kennedy, broker associate at Bradford, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
