KT&G, the world’s fifth largest tobacco company, will be the first tenant in Fossil Creek Crossing, a 213,089-sf, class A project fronting Interstate 35W.
The driving factor for site selection was the need for the property to be in Foreign Trade Zone.
Fossil Creek Crossing’s freeway exposure was a huge asset for KT&G. The property location also fit KT&G’s distribution plan better than the FTZ projects closer to DFW International Airport.
Nick was able to quickly narrow KT&G’s search down to buildings that fit their needs. He managed the lease process and even helped the organization after the lease had been signed and completed. The company built out a 2,200-sf headquarters office and the 70,600-sf end cap as its only distribution center in the nation. A large KT&G USA logo on the side of the building will be clearly visible from the freeway.
“We knew that local expertise and experience would be vital in our relocation efforts. I would absolutely recommend Nick Talley and Bradford Commercial with your real estate relocation needs.”
