Bradford Property Company, Inc. announced the completion of approximately $7,500,000 in repositioning dollars to upgrade the 218,000 sf Class A Uptown office project. Major improvements included a conference center, new tenant lounge, deck park, and an upgraded fitness center. Back of the house improvements included upgraded restrooms, and replacing both the wet seals and chillers. Ed Pachecano and Richmond Collinsworth, the Citymark leasing team, report that the Katy Trail centric project has moved from 73% to 93% leased over the past 18 months.
