LEASE Quorum International Inc. has renewed 79,384 sf and added 123,905 sf of bulk industrial lease at Railhead Distribution Center, 421-441 Railhead Blvd., Fort Worth. Lundy Services Inc. has renewed 7,404 sf of industrial space in Northway Plaza Business Center, 3210 Belt Line Rd., Farmers Branch, TX. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Miller, market director, represented the landlord, DCT Industrial Trust, in the direct deal. Microsemi Corp. has leased 5,573 sf of office space in Forum at Belt Line Building 3, 4006 Belt Line Rd., Addison, TX, from ARI Forum. Melanie Hughes and Sharon Friedberg, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord. Greg Tippin and Kyle Jett of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant. Independent Dealer Group Inc. has leased 8,710 sf of industrial flex space in Arapaho Place, 851 International Parkway, Richardson, TX, from Arapaho Place Inc.
