ES&H of Dallas Buys 11 Acres in Upper Great Southwest

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas – Environmental consultant ES&H of Dallas has acquired an 11-acre tract across the street from its North Texas hub to develop a warehouse and water treatment facility. The company anticipates breaking ground in the first quarter of 2017 at 3405 Gilbert Rd. in Grand Prairie. Will Dillard, market director of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the buyer in a direct deal with the seller, Lawrence Watts of Dallas. “We’ve been searching the immediate area about nine months for an expansion site. There were a few properties available in the Upper Great Southwest Industrial District, but this is the deal that finally won out,” Dillard says. ES&H has received tentative approval from the city for the expansion project. The company is eyeing a warehouse project in the 20,000-sf range. This is the second time in two years that ES&H has acquired additional property along Gilbert Road to expand. The Austin-based company previously purchased a two-acre paved and fenced tract immediately adjacent to its regional office at 3418 Gilbert Rd. ES&H provides services nationwide from 14 response offices in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama. Each hub is outfitted with a fleet of heavy equipment to support its specialized suite of services, primarily focused on environmental cleanup and emergency situations inherent to the oil and gas industry.
