The newly remodeled
fitness center provides a full workout facility with new Intenza treadmills and ellipticals with cable ready TV screens. Also included is strength/weight training equipment with free weights, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls and yoga mats all with a mirrored wall to check your form. The new facility provides a relaxing and enjoyable view of the Dallas skyline and the Katy Trail. Complete with a full locker room which includes showers, restrooms, vanities and lockers.
The
Conference Center provides tenants with a lobby area, greeting room, conference room, nicely equipment break room with appliances including microwaves, ice/water dispenser, refrigerator and Keurig within the building for their meeting needs. Big screens and Wi-Fi accessibility.
Murphy's Deli has recently opened in the Citymark building to provide tenants with fresh sandwiches and salads daily.
Although still a work in progress the
tenant lounge is open for use with seating and Wi-Fi accessibility.
