DALLAS – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has reeled in a 15,109-sf HQ lease at Park Forest Business Center, keeping a "no vacancy" sign firmly planted on the 200,500-sf flex project in northeast Dallas.
G2 Automated Technologies LLC has re-upped for the long term at 10500 Metric Dr. The company is the second largest tenant in the three-building project, owned by Tyler Family Real Estate Investments LLC.
"G2 is the fourth tenant to renew this year," says Jason Finch, first vice president with locally based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services and the landlord's chief dealmaker. "It's a well-maintained project in a good location."
Dave Peterson of NAI Robert Lynn represented G2 in the renewal talks, which went full circle within one month. The global company develops, manufactures and supplies technologically advanced equipment for commercial, industrial and government facilities, including clean rooms.
To date this year, Finch has completed 29,612 sf in four renewals and one new lease in Park Forest Business Center, situated at the intersection of Plano Road and Forest Lane. It is readily accessible to Interstate 635 and US Hwy. 75/Central Expressway.
"The ownership liked this location so much that they bought two more buildings down the street last year," Finch says. "They're also fully leased."
