
GRAPEVINE, Texas – The 1.3-million-sf Heritage Business Park has locked in its last lease ticketed to roll this year, holding fast to Scsistuff LLC's headquarters and operations hub for the long term as well as its coveted 100% occupancy project-wide.
The technology company occupies 14,969 sf in Heritage Business Park Building 6, 800 Industrial Blvd. in Grapevine. As part of the deal, 900 sf of the tenant's warehouse area will be converted into a test room.
"Scsistuff did look extensively at the market. The decision to stay was rate-driven," says Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.
Spain represents the owner, KTR Capital Partners of New York. The class A park contains seven buildings, developed between 1999 and 2002, set on nearly 108 acres on the Grapevine-Southlake border in the DFW Airport submarket.
