FORT WORTH – Top-ranked commercial real estate broker Todd Lambeth has rejoined Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services to lead a major expansion of the Fort Worth office.
Lambeth was named executive vice president and managing partner, returning to Bradford after 11 years with other firms, including his own, in Dallas/Fort Worth. He and three other brokers will make up the Fort Worth/Tarrant County team, which will be expanded over time.
The brokerage quartet also includes Luke Clardy as senior broker, who was mentored by Lambeth; Richard Hitz, a West Coast transplant who recently came on board as vice president; and Shane Benner, a first vice president primarily focused on investment sales who's marking his fifth year with the brokerage firm.
"Fort Worth and Tarrant County are poised to explode because there is so much opportunity for growth due to the availability of land," Lambeth says. "My objective is to get in front of as many owners as we can and compete for their business."
Lambeth's reputation for fostering landlord and tenant relationships resulted in a 258-msf portfolio of commercial assets in the DFW area for his firm. During his previous tenure at Bradford, he became one of Fort Worth's top-producing brokers in the industrial sector. He most recently served as president of Wingert Real Estate Co.'s industrial division, with his 24-year career including stints at Colliers International and NAI Robert Lynn.
Production-wise, Lambeth has completed at least 565 transactions involving more than 16 msf for an all-in value of nearly $173 million. He credits Kevin Santaularia, Bradford president and CEO, with mentoring him in industrial brokerage and planting the seed for their 25-year professional relationship.
"I'm humbled that Kevin has asked me to reignite the Bradford position in Fort Worth. He wants to get back on the playing field," Lambeth says, "and we are laying the groundwork to foster that growth."
Lambeth's award-winning career includes being named one of Dallas/Fort Worth's Top 25 brokers for 10 consecutive years. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals and Texas Association of Realtors.
"The Bradford name was once synonymous with industrial brokerage in Fort Worth. With Todd back at the helm in Fort Worth, I anticipate we'll be leading the pack again," Santaularia says.
Lambeth says the Fort Worth team will be cold-calling and meeting with owners throughout Tarrant County. "It's old school real estate, which is near and dear to my heart," he says. "I also want the market to know I'm back at Bradford, which has the tools, the size and the capability to provide services to institutional and smaller owners alike."
Clardy most recently was an associate broker at Lee & Associates and Wingert. Hitz previously was a senior vice president at SVN Vanguard in San Diego. Bradford's downtown Fort Worth office is located at 500 W. Seventh St.
