Land in DFW Airport Submarket Sells to Dealership

DALLAS - Advanced Graphic Technologies Inc. has sold 9.42 acres in North Texas' DFW Airport submarket to DDK West Ltd. Located at 1319 Minters Chapel Rd. in Grapevine, the light industrial-zoned land is tucked between two automotive uses and across the road from ProLogis' Port America business park. The acreage has been under contract since the spring. "The buyer intends to use it for a car dealership, one that's new to the market," says Joe Santaularia, broker associate for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, who marketed the property along with former colleague Todd Lambeth, now with the Mercer Co. The land is situated a half mile from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in a submarket that is second only to Alliance in the region's industrial sector rebound. Doug Carignan of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.
