Logistics Firm Leases 75,229 SF In Gateway East Business Park

GARLAND, TEXAS... Ushering in the New Year with a 75,229-sf lease, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. has signed Frank & Frank LLC to the balance of shell warehouse space in Gateway East Business Center Building II , driving the two-building project to 94% occupancy. The deal closes out a three-year strategy to fill a 212,800-sf vacancy created by the bankruptcy of Keys Fitness Products Inc., which emptied nearly two-thirds of 4009 Distribution Dr. The vacancy was gutted and divvied into four suites child pornography lawyer Toronto , with Susan Singer, senior vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, leading the charge to re-lease the cross-dock space, which was vacated Dec. 31, 2008. "Gateway East is well located and well maintained and can compete with any class A." Singer has slashed Gateway East Business Center's vacancy to 25,921 sf a single suite in the 112,000-sf Building I at 4002 W. Miller Rd. The warehouse has 24-clear height and ESFR sprinkler system.
