Moysha Home Furnishings Taps Northpoint Trade Center for North Texas Hub

Talley, NickFORT WORTH – Houston-based Moysha Home Furnishings has just ramped up a regional distribution center in Dallas/Fort Worth, tapping the 26,376-sf balance of a class A warehouse in Northpoint Trade Center as its market inroad. The interior design firm selected Building III at 901 Eight Twenty Blvd. in Fort Worth. The fully leased 91,738-sf warehouse is one of four in the 75%-leased Northpoint Trade Center. "We had competition, but Northpoint was Moysha's first choice because of the access to major freeways and competitive rates," says Nick Talley, vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. The deal went full circle in roughly 60 days. Northpoint Trade Center is positioned close to the junction of Interstate 35 and Loop 820, an eight-minute drive from Alliance Airport and 20 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The project, developed in 2007, carries a Triple Freeport tax exemption. The largest contiguous available space is 100,500 sf. Talley represents the landlord, Exeter 700-751 Eight Twenty LP. Eric Glusing of Strategic Realty Consultants LLC represented the tenant of record, ALMOFA, which received a 1,200-sf office build-out as part of the lease terms. Moysha's new space features a 30-foot clear height and five dock doors.
