North Texas had a record year in 2016. Here are a few tidbits picked up from a recent NAIOP North Texas 2016 wrap up. This information was presented by Steve Brown, Dallas Morning News real estate.
DFW ranks 2
nd in Top Job growth of metropolitan areas behind New York City with 114,000. Other Texas cities included were Austin (21,200), San Antonio (12,900) and Houston (13,400). With those jobs Texas ranks 3
rd for Top States for Jobs with 204,500. More than 80,000 people migrate a year to North Texas!
