Office Market Set for Unprecedented Growth?

There was an article in the Dallas Business Journal (click here for link) yesterday indicating that the commercial real estate Office Market in the Dallas Fort Worth area was set for unprecedented growth.  For a Bradford inside opinion, we asked Ed Pachecano, Senior Vice President, Managing Partner, Office for his views on the article. “I think it is telling that much of the activity we are seeing in 2013 has been with Class B product in suburban markets. When the economy is truly on the rise, it is those suburban markets that come back after everything else. Trumpeting the brand new Class AAA high-rise in high occupancy areas (West Plano/Frisco/Uptown) doesn’t tell the tale. When you see competition for space in middle tier submarkets, things are usually looking up.” Time will tell.
