Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park Locks In 1st Location in DFW

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park Locks In 1st Location in Dallas/Fort Worth FRISCO, Texas In a seven-year commitment, BDG Air LLC has leased 27,346 sf in Frisco Commerce Center to open the first Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Dallas/Fort Worth and second in Texas. Nick Talley, market director for Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented BDG Air, which is eyeing three to five locations in North Texas. Bob Hagewood of Stream Realty Partners LP represented the landlord, Seacal Frisco LLC. The Sky Zone franchisee, which operates an indoor trampoline park in Houston, is planning an August or September grand opening at 10570 John W. Elliott Dr. in Frisco Commerce Center, a three-building project with 281,053 sf of class A industrial space. “We looked all over Dallas and Collin counties,” Talley says. The hard work is paying off with a second lease awaiting signatures and proposals pending for other locations. Site requirements are 25,000 sf to 35,000 sf in class A industrial buildings with good locations, curb appeal, strong demographics and clear heights hovering 24 feet. The added perk at Frisco Commerce Center is the cluster of indoor sports-related tenants. “We did have some other options, but they liked this location based on the tenant mix,” Talley says, “and the fact that no other trampoline park has gone into the Frisco market as yet. This was one of those situations where the demographics, economics and building location made the most sense for them.” Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park is the world’s first interlocking all-trampoline walled playing field, featuring a patented system designed by leading engineers,  welders and carpenters. Its competitive edge is the unique interlocking system and programs for fitness, martial arts, yoga and Pilates. Los Angeles-based Sky Zone Franchise Group LLC has expanded to 12 states and is adding locations this year in four more states as well as existing markets.
