Bradford’s day-to-day dramatically differs from that of a decade ago.
Property managers have greater responsibilities beyond traditional rent collection and bill paying. They now arrange insurance; provide tax information; design and collect renovation bids; coordinate maintenance services; ensure compliance with government regulations, and most importantly oversee property security of the building and the building’s tenants.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services’ teamed up with the Northwest Dallas Police Department to protect its project, Shady Trail Business Center located in Dallas, Texas. Together we established the Northwest Dallas Business Association (NWDBA) to bring safety awareness and assistance to the area. Bradford's President/CEO
Kevin Santaularia, Assistant Property Manager
Skye Hamilton, and Executive Assistant and Chairwoman of NWDBA Miriam Dominguez joined many concerned property owners and tenants at a meeting held on March 22, 2019, at Parker University on Walnut Hill Lane. During the meeting, The Chief of Dallas Police, Renee Hall assigned seven Vice Officers, one Sargent, and a Lieutenant to work with the community and find solutions on the many safety concerns surrounding the businesses in the area.

Bradford along with other real estate firms, property managers, owners, and tenants are on the ground running and will keep the momentum going until they make a difference in the area for the good of everyone involved.
Many Thanks to our Dallas Family in Blue for working so hard and always protecting and servicing the Citizens of Dallas.
