David Simpson is Executive Vice President and Managing Director and oversees the Property Management department.  David is responsible for all property managers and building maintenance personnel. Bradford Management Company division represents and manages approximately 31M SF of institutional and entrepreneurial ownership assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex encompassing office, industrial, tech, and retail properties. 

Mr. Simpson joined Vantage Management Company, Inc. in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University, prior to joining Bradford Companies in 1989.  Experience during this time included management of a broad range of commercial property which includes office, industrial, retail and shopping centers.  In 1986, Mr. Simpson received the “Best Individual Performance” award, and in 1987, was chosen Vantage Companies’ “Property Manager of the Year.” 

David Simpson is also responsible for numerous client relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and has extensive experience in working with entrepreneurial owners as well as major institutional owners, including Realty Capital Partners, Sun Life Financial/Bental Green Oaks, Crow Holdings, Ohio STRS, State National, EastGroup Properties, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, John Hancock Mutual Life Company, SSR Realty Advisors, A&B Properties, Principal Mutual Life, CBRE Investors, Heitman Capital Management, Hudson Advisors and others.
