Joe Santaularia is a First Vice President for Bradford Companies working the DFW Airport market specializing in Industrial leasing and brokerage. Additionally, his duties include being responsible for business development and brokerage along with the marketing of Bradford’s DFW Airport area leasing assignments.

Joe attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He was a member of the Deans list, a member of the KU chapter Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and was VP of Administration for the Inter-fraternity Council (IFC) for 2008-2009, the governing body of the 25 fraternity houses on the KU campus. Joe was a member of the TREC young guns fundraising committee (2010-2011), and now is on the NTCAR YPF Executive Board. Joe was awarded the 2018 and 2019 – Top Producer for Marketing Excellence – Bradford Companies and 2018 D CEO Power Broker.

Mr. Santaularia specializes in representation of companies in the DFW Airport area. Some of his notable transactions are: Pilot Freight Services, Duralast, Johnson Brothers, Stone Channels, Progressive Labs and Orion Financial.
