Josh Meraz is a Senior Associate with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in commercial leasing and brokerage in the Great Southwest. His duties include Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, Brokerage and Sales of industrial, flex and office properties.

Before joining Bradford, Mr. Meraz worked for Hudson Peters Commercial handling a variety of aspects of real estate, including market intelligence and analyzation of competitors and consumers, developing comparative market analysis for clients along with developing strategies for marketing to new prospects.

Josh graduated from the University of North Texas where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate. While in college he became a member of Kappa Sigma and the Real Estate Club.
