Justin Hutchinson is a Senior Associate with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in commercial leasing and brokerage in Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. His duties include Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, Brokerage and Sales of industrial, flex and office properties.

Mr. Hutchinson has over eight (8) years of experience as an active listing coordinator, marketing director and transaction manager. Known for his negotiation and communication skills with clients and fellow real estate agents, Justin has exceptional client relations.

He is well-organized and takes great pride in being a team-player. Along with business development activities, Justin will provide brokerage support for the Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia Industrial Team.

Community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity, ASPCA, American Heart Association and the Salvation Army.

Justin is an avid sports fan, and he enjoys playing golf and coaching his son’s, Landon, indoor soccer team. He also loves to cook and entertain family and friends alongside his wife, Kelly.
