Mandy Robertson is Senior Property Manager for Bradford Management Company.  She brings with her twenty+ years of diverse experience in commercial real estate Property Management in industrial/office products but also cold storage assets.

Prior to joining Bradford, Mandy worked for Stream Realty Partners, Holt Lunsford Commercial, and Triad Properties.  She has managed over 7.0 million square feet of industrial/office and cold storage properties with over 100 tenants.  Recently she led Stream’s cold storage property management and understands the intricacies of different system types utilized in those assets.  In addition to cold storage, she is also knowledgeable with industrial and office products.  She is well-versed in investor relationship development, tenant relations, lease administration, budget preparation and implementation, reconciliations, service contract negotiations, construction management, and asset transitions for industrial and office. 

Mandy has numerous client relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and has extensive experience in working with entrepreneurial owners, private owners, and major institutional owners, including but not limited to Clarion, LaSalle, TA Realty, TIAA, Invesco, Nuveen, and others.

Mandy holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license.
