Marco Rodriguez is Vice President for Bradford Companies in the DFW Metroplex specializing in Industrial leasing and brokerage. Marco is focused on industrial representation, land acquisitions and dispositions, and brokerage in the Metroplex.
Prior to joining Bradford, Marco was a Sales Associate for King Industrial Realty, Inc in Atlanta, GA where he quickly established himself as the industrial real estate expert in the Northeast Georgia counties. He focused on leasing/selling industrial properties, land acquisitions, and investment sales. Marco’s business experience, communication skills, and superior work ethic make him an asset to his clients.
Marco spent 25 years working in Industrial Distribution, holding senior positions at General Electric, Rexel and Wurth, including managing $150m in strategic accounts and leading a $60m business.
Marco is a New Jersey native and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. He has traveled to 24 countries and is fluent in Spanish. He has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Jackson County. He also holds a Leadership Certification from the University of Texas – McCombs School of Business and served previously on the Executive Leadership Board at Energy Workforce and Technology council.
